Eco Dance Movement Psychotherapy
(indoors or outdoors)
We are becoming more and more aware that the pain and dis-ease we experience in our human bodies is related to the increasing pain and dis-ease of our greater body, our planet.
In dance movement ecotherapy practice, we acknowledge this pain. We tune into our moving bodies, we re-member we are part of nature, we sense our connection to our greater home.
These sessions can be outdoors – either simply walking, sitting and talking outdoors or by finding a ‘moving spot’. These sessions can also be indoors in my practice or via zoom.
