Moving is a central and basic part of our daily life which we can often take for granted. Yet moving with awareness can allow us to experience a sense of integration with ourselves and others. It is also a very effective way for us to experience relaxation and recuperation.
In my classes, you will have the opportunity to experience simple meditation and mindfulness practices through movement. We will explore how our movement can help us listen to ourselves, awaken our senses and experience our Ďalivenessí. No experience is necessary and no particular fitness level or ability is required. For those who are new to movement practice, come and discover your moving self. For experienced movers, come to explore moving into stillness more deeply. Comfortable loose clothing is advised.
